About Ellsworth & Son Excavating
Robert A. Ellsworth started a business back in the early 1960's with just a backhoe. People knew him as backhoe Bob. He continued his devotion and hard work and with his son Rubens' ambition to take the company to the next level, they created Ellsworth & Son Excavating, Inc. We still do utilize a backhoe, but not in the manner that Bob once did. Today we have several types and makes of machinery and trucks and are continuing updating and adding to our fleet. The company is family oriented with owners and officers, with the hope it can be passed down to future generations to come. Ellsworth & Son Excavating, Inc. has gained its reputation on integrity, honesty and loyalty to our employees, friends, customers, vendors, etc. and will continue in the years to come.
